The clevertouch TrainingRoom is a complete training management and delivery solution that allows you (or your video production company) to produce training content in video form (or text if budget driven) and to upload it to your very own 'on line' TrainingRoom. Once the module is uploaded your training or HR officer develops a set of questions (no limit to number of questions).

Your staff or prospects log on to any internet computer, anywhere in the world, day or night, and view the module. On completion they answer a set of multiple choice questions. Each question you have loaded with a value relevant to its importance. ie a workplace health and safety question which staff must know has a high value and an incorrect answer means an automatic fail. Other questions might be weighted less heavily and therefore not carry a fail if incorrect. Once they click on the submit button the mark is calculated. A fail means the video plays again and this time a different set of questions generated at random is presented and so on until they pass. Once they pass they gain instant access to subsequent modules that they can take in the same way.

How easy is that?

Now the HR or training manager can log onto the 'administrator back end' and see instantly from anywhere in the world who has participated and whether they have passed assessment or failed before allowing them to operate.
