We actually monitor every kiosk on our networks by the minute to ensure they are working hard for you. In the unlikely event of a problem we work on it remotely to bring it back on-line. We operate reporting software that pro-actively warns us of bad sectors on hard drives to eliminate downtime and maximise network avaliability for you.

Usage statistics

You can't manage what you can't measure therefore we normally generate reports of traffic by kiosk (or groups of kiosks or even across the whole network) by time of day and day.

We can mine the database to develop a wide variety of demographic traffic and cross marketing reporting in any of the usual formats.

Updates and alterations

All content can be updated instantly to individual kiosks, groups of kiosks or across the whole network. This can even be automated according to a pre-programmed schedule.
